Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing sales team to exceed annual revenue targets of $30M through strategic planning, coaching, and execution.
- Set clear expectations and foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Accurately forecast team performance and pipeline health using RPM and other relevant metrics.
- Conduct 1:1s and pipeline reviews with team members and Practice Directors to ensure alignment and momentum.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent; serve as a mentor and coach to support both professional and personal growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Delivery, and Leadership to ensure a seamless customer journey and alignment with company goals.
- Drive strategic initiatives and quarterly planning to support long-term growth and scalability.
- Report regularly to the CRO on team performance, individual development, and strategic opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 7–10 years of progressive sales experience, including leadership of high-performing teams.
- Proven success in enterprise software sales, with a track record of leading teams through large and complex transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results both as a sales leader and individual contributor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize, execute, and inspire excellence.
- Deep commitment to integrity, accountability, and fostering a culture of care and connection.
- Experience in the Microsoft Partner ecosystem is highly preferred.
Compensation:
Base salary range of $140,000 – $170,000, plus commission.
On-target earnings (OTE) range from $290,000, depending on performance.
